Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the customer’s service.
We do don’t accept the return but accept to replace it in case the device is faulty and within the warranty. To ask for a return, please contact our support using customer’s service.
You can purchase from our website and pay on delivery.
We accept the Iraqi Dinar and US Dollars.
We give warranty of 1 month for the network equipment and 1 year for the CCTV and Fire alarm systems.
We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions

  • The item shouldn't have been damaged by wrong installation.
  • The item shouldn't have been damaged by wrong use.
  • The item shouldn't have been damaged by the power issues.
